If you have been working nunchaku more than a week or two, you won't find anything new here. It covers how to hold the nunchaku, some basic block to several directions, a couple basic strikes and a chance to watch a master talk about nunchaku and do some basic strikes on a dummy. The most interesting part is at the end where they preview the next dvd in the series (nunchaku kata). If you've never picked up nunchaku and you don't have a teacher, you might find something here. Otherwise, don't expect much.
