A vehicle for popular wrestling celebrity Hulk Hogan, Suburban Commando is an inoffensive science-fiction fantasy. Hogan plays Shep Ramsey, a well-sculpted if somewhat dimwitted intergalactic hero. On vacation from fighting crime on other planets, he has a fight with an alien enemy and his spaceship is damaged. He seeks refuge on Earth until his ship can be revived. Trying to look inconspicuous as an ordinary human being without special powers, he is befriended by a suburban family headed by Charlie Wilcox (Christopher Lloyd) and his wife Jenny (Shelley Duvall). Ramsey's stay isn't peaceful because he has such a keen sense of justice, which he dishes out to muggers, reckless drivers, and even smart-aleck paper carriers. I watched this movie when it first came out. Loved it I mean how could u go wrong with Hulk Hogan and Christopher Lloyd? It was amuzing watching hulk hogan run from The Deadman just like watching old school WWF! Its great fun for the Whole Family!

I really enjoy this movie, when I was a kid and now. It has action, a little drama, and it is very funny. It is a classic family movie, and man, how can you go wrong with a Hulk Hogan movie.

I found this movie very comedic as far as sight gags and all around humor. Watching it again, some 15 years later, it's still great. The story line has Hulk running from The Undertaker and some other wrestler (I don't remember his name), who are bounty hunters for the evil leader. Near the end is hilarious when the Undertaker speaks for the first time in the movie, as both hunters are silent the entire movie. I won't ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen it. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go outside and bench press my band-saw.

This movie was hilarious. The funniest part is that besides Hulk being in the movie it has a cameo by another wrestling legend Undertaker as a bounty hunter. If you like old school crazy comedy than your gonna love this movie.

I saw this movie long ago on a prenium channel and loved it. I like hulk hogan a lot anyway and comedy is my favorite genure. I think it was well done and has real good action. It has Christopher Lloyd in it who has guest stared on Barney miller and has played in some great movies like back to the future, star trek 3, and ect. The movie stars two other wreslters too: Mark Calaway as Hutch and brutus beefcake in stunts. It has a great ending where all the charactors arebetter off.

Good kid movie!! "Train, say your prayers, eat your vitamins, and believe in yourself". Pretty funny! You can also see a really young Undertaker!! "Your a dead man ramsey!"
