The next generation of weaponry is here, and when Ted Billings (Glenn Morshower) goes toe-to-toe with a murderous group of terrorists who are willing to do anything and everything to possess such power, it's going to take a small army to ensure the safety of the entire planet. Billings has turned traitor to some of the most feared men alive, and if Vice President of Security Emily Johnson (Yancy Butler) and her mercenary ex-boyfriend Eugene "Vash" Vasher (Lou Diamond Phillips) don't act fast, Billings will soon be dead. Thankfully for Billings, "Vash" is the best in the business. Now, as the fearless freelance soldier gathers a talented team of weapons experts and experienced troops to protect Billings despite their personal distaste for the man, the fight is on for a secret that could revolutionize modern warfare. As bullets fly from every side and loyalties are tested by greed and survival instinct, the race is on to ensure that this groundbreaking weapon doesn't fall into the wrong hands. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi
Just a low budget, poorly directed, made for dvd movie...if you rent this movie you will actually deturmine that the 'Striking Range' of the weapon is all of 36"...the special effects to take it beyond the three foot mark would have cost too much for this super low budget lackluster.
Completely a poorly acted movie that should have never been released. After only watching ten minutes of the movie, I maintained a painful expression on my face for half the day asking my self who would produce such garbage.
If the producers, and directors would have worked on it more seriously and done their homework it would have been better. I believe it's below medium standards. Sadly too say it's poorly made and drags to the end.
not good at allvery poor directed, bad acting , bad special effects, poor plot, and a total disaster film i only watched half way through i don't reccomend it
Bad!!! Bod acting, poor plot and transparent ending. The best thing they could have done was kill the main character, and they didn't even get that much right.
