When a dog-napping bully makes off with twins Nora and Nita's beloved new puppy, it's up to Cloe, Sasha, Jade, and Yasmin to escape from daycare and bring the beloved pooch back home to safety at any cost. Upon receiving a ransom demand of fifty-dollars, the girls race to the mall and split up into two teams: one to try and pull a fast one on the bully and the other to raise the ransom money as quickly as possible.
