Nude Yoga and Tai Chi Exercise ()
Member Rating:
Fitness with a dash of spice is the theme of this fitness video, which has been given a bare-bones presentation on DVD. Nude Yoga and Tai Chi has been transferred to disc in the full-frame aspect ratio of 1.33:1, while the audio has been mastered in Dolby Digital Stereo. The program is in English, with no multiple language options or bonus materials included in this edition. ~ Mark Deming, All Movie Guide

Of course there is fake silicone in these... That's pretty common with these types of "adult" oriented movies that don't pretend to wrap nudity with anything artistic... I thought it was exactly in line with what I expected.

Some pretty harsh critics on this site, probably "young-uns", actually there wasn't alot of silicone in those puppies, and the ones that did looked pretty good too. Actually you can learn something about Tai-Chi and Yoga with this movie, and you "young-uns" have fun with your 40's..... ;)

Reading the previous reviews lef tme with the impression that the reviewers may have viewed this dvd with a pruriant, immature eye. Then I saw it. No wonder all the comments are about the women's plastic surgery, as its bad enough to distract from the lackluster fitness routines. Most of them were so poorly performed that one hopes the women made this video to raise money for malpractice laywers. Whether you want a cheap thrill or a mild workout, don't bother with this dvd.

That was the worst video ever. Ugly women nasty implants and scars. The stretching was clueless. Not worth the plastic that its on.

This video was a very pleasant surprise. The models were excellent and demonstrated the correct way to perform all routines, especially Tai Chi.

Hoping for an artistic, sensual theme with fluid music and motion. None of the above. Don't let the cover fool you. The "workouts" are little more than stretches. The setting and lighting is cheap and harsh (forget Feng Shui). The women are obviously uncomfortable, via facial and body language, with their nudity and the exercises. This is not for exercise or even "men" entertainment; it's for little boys to giggle at with close-ups of breast shots and shaved areas instead of training.

Yes there was silocone evident. Do you really expect women over 22 yrs old to perk up like that ( realisticly ). The video over all is more for entertainment I suppose; but it did reminded me of a couple of stretches we used in the military that I should work on. The woman to the left ( blonde ) has no balance or correct fluid motion; she was there for her looks unless her excuse was a hang over from MDMA the night before shooting.

there are 5 women in the video, 3 on Tai Chi & 2 on Yoga. I wouldn't call them ugly but they do have aged skin over whole body due to sunburnt & aging. Also a number of them have obvious silicone implant scars. Forget the authenticity of Tai Chi, the intent of this video is for men entertainment.

I was surprised when this movie arrived in the mail as I did not recall requesting it. The title made my wife laugh, but we did not plan to watch it. However a couple of days later we decided to check it out. It turned out to be boring with only one intent, which was to show nude body parts, often in most unattractive ways. If it has any socially redeeming qualities they were not evident. We are fairly open minded people but this is a "You gotta be kidding me! What a waste of "film" and time!" movie!
