This is definitely not for beginners. Some of the moves are a little difficult and require much concentration. I completed the entire workout, but found myself getting bored about halfway through.

I hadn't tried pilates before and this video was a little too challenging for me. It isn't an easy workout for me and I'm no beginner. You'll definitely sweat.

I'm 16 and my ballet class always did pilaties thursdays with this video. I was probably the second worst in ballet class and although i'm not overweight, i'm definitely not in the shape i should be. i found this video too be not too hard, and not too easy. it was a pilaties workout that gave me just the right amount burn. i love this video and i can't find it anywhere :(
