Before joining Peter Pan and the Lost Boys, Tinker Bell and her fairy brethren were busy creating their own special magic in Pixie Hollow, where they go about the business of bringing rainbows to the sky, color to the flowers, and adding their fairy signature to other miracles of nature. Each fairy is gifted with a unique magical talent to contribute, but Tinker Bell (voiced by Mae Whitman) can't help but feel her talent ("tinkering") isn't as good as those of her fairy companions, and tries her best to change it. It takes a disaster and a lot of help from her friends to realize the magic of being true to oneself. ~ Tracie Cooper, Rovi

TinkerBell is Disney Studios family entertainment at its best. The Blu-ray is stunningly beautiful and the story is charming. Kids (and kids at heart) will thoroughly enjoy it. It will really showcase your home theater system, too. I rented it first, then went right out and bought it.

What a lovely surprise! Beautiful animation, excellent story that had me laughing out loud several times. And the lovely celtic scoring through-out the film was an extra enjoyment. This is for kids or those of us still kids at heart. Completely charming little movie and highly recommended for family viewing.

This is a very high quality computer-animated film and boasts a classic, entertaining Disney story. I wouldn't know the details, but our child has watched it three times already. Since it's Disney, you know they aren't watching trashy cartoon fodder. I wouldn't personally watch it, but for kids it's great and they stay entralled.

Excellent story, stunning visually. It was a wonderful prologue and background for Tinkerbell. I don't know why Disney did not go to the Theatre with this. They would have made a fortune and deservingly so. This is possibly the most beautiful Disney production ever aside from the Pixar movies. Good wholesome message, very entertaining for us and our 2 year old. Can't wait for the next fairy movie. A worthy Feature film for Disney's trademark Fairy.

Cute movie but I think my grand daughter was too young to appreciate this kind of movie.
