Gregory Christian's Cowboy Junction concerns a married, but closeted homosexual who, after having an affair with a rugged man of the land, hires his lover as a handyman. Soon the wife, looking to fill desires her husband has no interest in fulfilling, sets her sites on the new hire. ~ Perry Seibert, Rovi
I have to agree with the more negative reviews of this stinker. It's very sub-standard on every level. I forced myself to see the whole thing, hoping it would at least hold my interest like a car accident would, but that didn't happen. The lame ending is justified only by witnessing the alternate ending in the Bonus section on the DVD - the alternate ending is even worse than the one they decided on. Oh, well ...
Ridiculous plot. Bad sets. Worse acting. Thank God for fast forward or I never would have been able to get thru it! Seeing the hot male lead naked and semi naked a few times in not worth the pain of watching this movie!
How did this movie ever get produced!?!?!?!?!?
The actors in this movie weren't very good. All of the dialect sounded like they were actually "reading" from a script. Emotions were non-existent although the "handyman" was totally gorgeous. Most of the dialect was monatone and uneventful. I would not recommend this movie to anyone unless they just wanted to see the handyman. The ending was just as awful.
