Casey (Amy Yasbeck) wants Brian (Steven Weber) to use the insurance money he's received for his burned down house to purchase a seedy eatery and transform it into a high-end martini bar. Prepared for a spectacular opening night in their new establishment, the couple experiences only disaster when their first customer is injured and threatens to sue. But there's worse to come -- Casey never got around to insuring the new bar, so guess who's got to pony up the dough?
