I have not even seen this movie I was reading the reviews and yours is the only one up on the screen so when I read it my mouth dropped!! I cant really believe you had the strength to put that on the computer! Apparently you do not believe in God and if you do you certainly have no faith! You ought to start by reading the bible cause if you ask any christian, prayer certainly DOES work!!! P.S. You have not been praying for the right things and if you have God just simply said "NO"

Out of all of the Christian videos that I have rented, this by far is the best. There is a real power in prayer. We need to know that God real hears us when we pray. Awesome video. Would recommend to everyone!!!

God is love. He loves each of us where we are, no matter where that is. He accepts us right where He finds us and loves us enough to not leave us there. And since He is timeless, He hears the prayers you pray today at the same time that He hears the prayers from last year and the ones you pray as you take your last breath. And He works it all together. What prayers did you pray in the past that you're now glad were not answered? God is so good. He sees the top of your life's tapestry, while we just see the underneath.

You deserve to know more information about prayer - than this video gives you. Merely scratching the surface of some scientific studies, and then veering widely away to spend time on topics that are tangential, or even entirely unrelated to, the topic of prayer (such as holy-dust, near-death experiences, and even the Special Olympics) this video seems disjointed and lacks focus. Even the visual styles of various segments seem to jar with one another. Nevertheless, there are some positive and encouraging stories that we can all learn from if we're willing to be open. Don't give up on this video without watching the "Ten Prayers" (some powerful and interesting stuff) before the credits. Although the video focuses on Christian/Catholic faith-experiences (not really on all faith-experiences), these closing credits do include a Jewish healing prayer and a Native American Thanksgiving prayer - worth watching.

For every single story of people praying instead of administering medicine over one survivor, a thousand died. Prayer doesn't "work", though it may make you feel better. No matter what you believe and what turns out to be real, good things happen to bad people and vice versa, with or without prayer. To believe you can influence god by begging him is just silly. To believe that listening to one loud apparent success story while ignoring the Billions of failures is proof that prayer works is even sillier.

It has been proven in a recent multi year study that prayer does not work. Remember while whatching this DVD. Which god is the right god that your are praying to? There are thousands of religions that pray to a god or entity. Is yours the right one? Don't say I have "faith" because that's just a cop out. Investigate and prove to yourself and if you have any intelligence at all I believe you would come to a different conclusion. I would post a link but that is not allowed in the reviews.
