The earth has opened up and mankind must find out what is causing the destruction before it's too late in the one disaster film that offers no safe haven and no place to run to. An entire mountainside is transformed into a grinding field of rock, soil, and timber in a matter of minutes, and that's only the beginning of the chaos. Lamo movie. Bad acting, and unrealistic movie. It's definitely a B movie!!

I hope you are reading these reviews before you rent this movie and not after like I did. If I had taken the time to read the reviews before hand, I would have saved my choice for a better movie, like "Squirm". Don't choose this movie to watch, it is terrible. You'll become very familiar with your fastforward and skip buttons on your dvd remote.

Description is an outright lie. Unknown cause? The cause is known in minute 3 of the movie... monolithic ancient trees splintering? They were Colorado? pine and why would they be building a condo inside an ancient forest? suspense - zero. acting - 1. plot - zero. Not the worst movie ever (Martians kidnap Santa Clause still has that honor), but this one should have never been made as well.

The movie has very little action or suspense. I fast forward thru most of the movie and I don't feel like I missed a thing. Characters and plot very weak. Could not recommend to anyone.
