this movie was so badly acted and made that we had to turn it off in the middle of it! that is something i almost never ever do. if you are looking for a good vampire movie, this is not it. its just lame blood and gore. not scary but stupid and terribley made.

Normally I can watch even a stupid low budget movie and find it to be ok but this movie should have gone straight to the trash can instead of straight to DVD. There was no plot, no acting, no sense at all to this worse than bad movie. All the movie showed was people having thier throats ripped out and lots of blood. Not even a good gore movie, this was loosely based on vampires with the head guy having an accent so bad I could barely understand him. The only good thing about the movie is it had some decent music other than that if you waste your time renting this junk don't say you weren't warned.

Actually pretty stupid but entertaining. If you are looking for something to watch but dont want to put too much effort into following plots or story lines, its pretty straight forward. Not scary at all. I've seen a lot worse.

I can handle no plot. I can handly gore. Cheap gore even... but this was just STUPID. A waste of my time and everyone involved. Clare Kramer Adam Baldwin...they can ALL do better than this! Seriously. Don't waste your time. And even if you do rent it, you'll come back here to leave the same crappy review.

if you want to see fake blood squiting everywhere and people eating people with the fake blood gushing out like its water then this is the movie for you... the concept was good but the movie was just stupid... i mean the ending wasnt even that good.. and it was so predictable.. and some of these actors were just plain out bad and ugly.. i guess for a B rated flim it was just so so.. but i mean god the speical affects were awlful! dont see this one unless you like fake bloodbaths!

I don't know what's up with these people saying this movie sucks and giving it 3 and 1/2 stars, or this is the worst movie ever and giving it 2 and 1/2 stars. Anyway, this movie is an okay vampire movie, ya the special effects are cheesey, blood flows like from a firehose and the little bits of skin being bitten off look stupid. I think the acting was decent and for a vampire story it's pretty basic. I enjoyed it overall but I wouldn't really recommend it.

This movie isn't as bad as people think, although I can understand why some would think that. The script isn't too bad, although amateurish, and the actors do a good job for what they're given. The only real likable character here is the sympathetic Lisa, played by Clare Kramer. I would say the biggest problem with this movie is the directing. Terrible, horrible directing. The whole pacing of the movie is rushed, not ever letting emotional or dramatic scenes sink in with the audience. The effects and props are also horrible in this movie, with the blood they use being some kind of strawberry soda, apparently. The oddest thing about the movie is, although clearly vampires, they never once call them "vampire" by name, they don't have fangs, and for the most part, are equal to regular humans. It just makes them seem more like cannibals than vampires. The victims just sit there waiting to be eaten and then shower fruit punch from their bite wounds.

Listen, this is not a good movie. Sure it's a bit bloody- in a cheesy B- movie kind of way- but it was not worth watching (and I like Jeremy Sisto). I was irritated watching these lame vampires running around. How did they live so long if they are this stupid anyway? Also, how did the entire cast (well at least quite a few) of Buffy end up in this flick??

This movie was painful to watch. The acting was bad, the dialogue was worse, and the fx were a disaster. Avoid this film if you value your time.

this movie is really dumb. its about a couple who are recovering drug addicts/alcoholics. She has cancer and kills herself. He can't accept her death and eventually finds her at a club as a vampire. He is allowed to join their family but becomes addicted to bloood. The feedings are really bad. Everytime somebody gets bit there is an explosion of blood all over. its only slightly entertaining.
