as bad as it gets
If you wanna watch this movie just because Jenna Jameson appears in the cover think again.
Probably she was no more than 30 seconds in the whole movie and that's combined the two scenes together when she actually appears. Shame on the producers... I've never seen an actor in the Cover of a movie when the individual playes absolutely no role at all.

Where in the Hell is jenna!?!?! Thats a pretty low blow only having her for a few seconds, yet saying she is the star role. B*ll Sh*t! The movie it self was cheesy as hell. However, it was so cheesy it was almost funny. If you've had a few drinks, and expecting pure crap acting from the get go, it was still mediocre. B rated with a capital B! Costumes were hilarious, as I have seen better finger painting of monsters from 6 year olds than these guy wore. But hey, what ever floats your boat. At least they tried to make a movie... I'm a big fan of horror movies and this one just isn't good. The special effects are poor, the acting is weak and the movie just plods along...and along...and along. Then, for good measure, it plods along some more. There are better "B movie" horror movies out there; don't waste your time on this one. Was this review helpful? Yes

In the first 10 minutes, Evil Breed: Legend Of Samhain, gets right into the sex and some very cool graphic gore. For the next 45 minutes or so, the movie lays out the decent plot. But, the pace gradually slows, almost to a halt. This is also when some bad acting, "gotcha" scare tactics, strategic gore and cheesey dialogue are front and center. While you're left wondering what happened to the total hackfest that was promised in the first ten minutes, along comes Jenny (Jenna Jameson). Soon, the horror, savagery and slaughter start up again. The gore is graphic and the horror is quite effective, with some bits of well placed camp thrown in for good measure. In the last 25 minutes, the pace is pretty frantic and your patience is WELL rewarded. Somebody cut the umbilical cord! You'll see what that means. "EB: LOS" is entertaining and it works. I'm surprised by how much I liked it. Make sure to check out the uncut scenes on the DVD. 3 and 1/2 stars. Was this review helpful? Yes

A pathetic attempt of a film. There are absolutely no redeeming qualities in this horribly made and pathetically acted snorefest. It doesn't even make the grade as an enjoyable B movie because this is more of an F movie. Was this review helpful? Yes

NOTE: If you're seeing this movie for Jenna Jameson DONT! Shes only in it for a little over 60 seconds, and we still see her breasts. The movie is a horribly HORRIBLY watered down mix of 'Scream' and 'Wrong Turn' Also the killer, not scary I actually believe hes covered in barnicals. Not even Jenna Jameson's breasts could save this sad excuse for a movie. Not recommended. Was this review helpful? Yes

Not a bad movie. Not the best I have seen but not the worse either. I like the kind that makes me jump and this movie had lots of that action.
It was done without a lot of bad language which was good. They could have kelp their cloths on more.
The end made me want to see more to find out what happened.

This movie actually could have been pretty decent with the right budget, acting and direction. The story is pretty good, but some of the acting....man o' man - jeez, and the dumb jump out scare tactics are lame. Good gore, and some interesting scenes.
