Lucy (Lucille Ball) decides that it is time to redecorate her house, but such an undertaking requires money. The trick is to sweet-talk pennypinching banker Mr. Mooney (Gale Gordon) to fork over the necessary funds. He does, but only after warning Lucy to keep costs down.
