Wow! These 10 minute segments feel like 1/2 hour to me because they are so intense. This video is NOT beginner level. I really enjoy Keli Roberts and her intensity, but she doesn't give you much opportunity to observe and imitate moves before diving into some pretty challenging combinations.
I've used many workout DVDs and this one is, by far, my favorite. The workouts are really intense, but still really fun and effective. Keli Roberts is the most 'real' workout DVD instructor. She's interesting, funny, seems like a real person, and has a fun Aussie accent. This is the one workout DVD that I've kept doing month after month!
This video was a really fun and intense way to workout and release some pent up feelings. You will definitely feel your muscles for a few days afterwards. I love this dvd!
the moves are not explained and too quickly paced to get a workout. You would need to watch this one several times to learn the moves in order to make it a workout. Some of the lingo isn't defined that she uses to describe a move so you would need a backround in kickboxing or more than 10 minutes studying the moves first.. Also her overly paralized facial expressions (or lack thereof) is distracting.
This was just ok as far as workout videos go. I think for me, the 10 minute workout segments are kind of weird. The short timeframe hardly lets you build any intensity.
