This video is great! I am a pretty avid exerciser, so when I do a video I want it to be difficult. This video worked almost every muscle. I run half marathons, but my glutes have never burned like this. If you are looking for a great workout I highly recommend this video. I am definitely incorporating it into my training schedule!

This is an awesome workout., tough but so worth it. If you are ready to lose inches and get toned, try this workout. If you are new to Tae Bo, I would recommend starting with Basic first. Normally, this comes as a set with Black billybands but you can still do the workout with some light dumbells (1lb, 2lb or 3lb) or even water bottles for the toning exercises. Take your time and go at your own pace.

If you are ready for an intense workout, and want to get in shape with great results, this is the work out video for you. Billy Blanks pushes you to the limits. He also inspires you with his encouraging comments. I fell in love with this DVD the very first time I tried the work out. I have been hooked on Billy Blanks every since. His DVD's are the only ones that have given me results.

I liked it very much. My only criticism is that the dvd isn't set up so that you can go to a specific section. You end up fast fowarding to get to the part that you want.

I've tried A LOT of Tae Bo and Turbo Jam workouts and this is the one I keep going back to. It's hard to get through the whole thing no matter how in shape you are but it's easy enough to be able to do all the moves. I use it sometimes for a quick 20 minute workout because you're just about drenched in sweat by around that time. However, if you have more time, you can TRY to get through the entire 50 minutes. If you do make it through it, it feels very rewarding. (If you realize that slightly sore muscles and exhaustion are good things.) =) ...I forgot to mention I use 4 lb weights most of the time for the 20-minute workouts. Several times I've used 10lb weights when I was feeling extremely strong but I don't recommend it.

I have Billy's first Tae Bo vids and I have to say this one is boring in comparison. I workout daily and I only felt the burn with the bands (30 minutes into it). The legs were too easy and the workout was too slow- not a good fat-burning workout. I couldn't even complete it for the dread and boooooring factor. I wouldn't do this one again!
