G-Force [Anime Series] (1986)
Member Rating:
The third reincarnation of the anime Gatchaman, G-Force is a retranslated, reinterpreted, and rescored version of the Japanese series, created for American television. G-Force follows the original story of its source material more closely than the 1979 version, Battle of the Planets, though both series use Gatchaman's 105 episodes' worth of footage to create only 85 new episodes, telling the story of a group of five teenage superheroes called G-Force who must unite to defeat the evil leaders of Planet Spectra, who have set their sites on enslaving the entire Federation of Peaceful Planets. Frequently taking off at a moment's notice, the members of G-Force are on high alert, for Computor and Galactor, the most feared leaders of the Planet Spectra, are planning something very insidious indeed. ~ Cammila Collar, Rovi

I loved this TV show when it was plaed back in the 80s. When Casey Kassam voiced Mark was the best.

It was a childhood TV show that was fun to watch again. Anime has come a long way.

Different voices. Different audio. Different character names. Was SOOO much better as Battle of the Planets. I was disappointed and my kids hated it.
