Set in the Limon area of eastern Costa Rica, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the acting and the cinematography. Enjoyable film with great views of Costa Rica and a relevant subject matter: progress vs. conserving the environment while showing conflict within the family when an "outsider" arrives.Very good and highly recommend it.

I totally agree that I was surprised by the good acting! It is definitely a movie you will want to see! I enjoyed watching how things played out with the story and also learning a bit about environmental concerns relevant to Limon

Agree with the comments. Actually not bad at all when one considers that the film industry in Costa Rica is not as developed as it is in other countries.

This was quite surprisingly well acted, great plot and interesting. At the beginning I thought it wasn't going to be good, but as the story progressed and the plot thickened it improved. Good scenic shots.
