Yes: Songs From Tsongas - Yes 35th Anniversary Concert (2004)
Member Rating:
It's not everyday that music lovers get the opportunity to witness one of rock's most enduring acts take the stage to celebrate its 35th reunion, but now viewers who weren't able to make the show in person can witness the magic firsthand as the classic Yes lineup of Jon Anderson, Steve Howe, Chrish Squire, Rick Wakeman, and Alan White celebrate over three decades of music and memories. In addition to a full set that includes such classic Yes tunes as "Going for the One," "Turn of the Century,""Owner of a Lonely Heart," and many more, viewers will feel the full impact of the classic live performance set against the backdrop of a new stage design by none other than Roger Dean himself. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

If your a YES fan you will certainly enjoy this 2 disc DVD. The music is great (DTS is awsome). I wasn't too thrilled about the 'acoustic' song set at the beginning of disc 2 but overall its still vey good.

Gather round chillun; all you booty shakers, hip hop rhyme makers, and gangsta fakers and listen to a tale of one of the greatest rock bands of all time. Before MTV, before posers and before the Diddys, Eminems, Beyonces, Jlos and all the other cartoon characters who dominate popular culture. This is a tale about Yes, the prodigious virtuosos of rock-n-roll. The DVD is tastefully done with no weird gimmicks and excellent sound. The band is in great form after they settle down from the opener, “Going for the One”, and play powerfully on a tasteful selection of compositions that span their 35 year career. There is also an interview with Roger Dean, the artist who designed some of the most famous album covers of the “classic rock” era. The stage is in some ways similar to the ‘Relayer’ tour stage but without the descending laser beam blasting space ship(?) (Yes, I was there for that tour and every one ever since that has come to Texas).
