this is a half hour of how to step by step. it is one man that is all the masters listed in preview writeup. it covers the ground if you want to contact spirits. i got it for a friend.

Through using this CD I was actually able to contact my spirit guide!!! A full and complete image came to me, unforced - and brought me a lot of joy. I've had trouble getting back to that space of contacting, so I am renting it again to help me practice. An excellent DVD for sure!

this movie is a must see you can't go wrong its just what a person who has lost someone needs,but even if you haven't lost someone it still makes you see into what a person goes through and you will have compassion for those that have lost that special someone.

The lesson itself (on how to contact spirits) was fine, but to have a whole DVD that is only about 15 minutes long--can't recall the exact minutes but it was incredibly short--is just not worth it. And half of it was just text on the screen. I think the description of this DVD should have been clearer as to what it really is.
