I was quite surprised at well they did with this. It had a few twists, and had a well-spun tale. I was not really surprised by the unfolding, but it was enough to make an adult have to re-think his conclusion throughout the telling. It seems as though, the more characters are portrayed with this Bat version, the better Bat product they put out. So, with 4 different villians and 3 (4) new famale characters, they put together a decent version with a very different and more intelligent Penguin.--- I even liked the sound-track, which added new flavor and energy. All in all, a well designed production that had a good pace and story, and lots of characters that could be played out into their own series, if WB ever chose to go that route.
It is worth a rent K Conroy gives a good voice in this tale His voice gives you the idea that Bruce/Batman is older here it is more raspy sounding then in Batman T.A.S
