Read More The ONLY reason I gave this 2 stars was for Tom Hanks - only he could manage a good performance with such a horrible script. I wanted to scream at the screen - 'oh my GAWD - c'monnn now!' Bad - stink-awful P.U. The script was a pot luck of ideas and characters and all shaken into the longest two hours + of any movie I've ever seen. It was slow. It was agonizing watching the character that Tom Hanks portrayed to go through all this script put him through ...and he was good (as I said)...but the story never gels - even after two hours - you end up saying to yourself - 'I sat here for two hours for that?!' If you are a Tom Hanks fan - watch at least part of the movie to catch his performance - but otherwise - the movie's not worth it. Close this Review WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? Yes | No |
