Starring Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson in the title roles, this kitschy tongue-in cheek action comedy is based on the popular 1970s cop show of the same name. Ken "Hutch" Hutchinson (Wilson) and Dave Starsky (Stiller) are a tough pair of plain-clothes cops who drive a red and white Ford Torino and solve cases with the assistance of their informant, Huggy Bear (Snoop Dogg). While investigating their latest case, the duo realize that the culprit is none other than Reese Feldman (Vince Vaughn), the criminal involved in their first bust. Starsky & Hutch also features appearance by Juliette Lewis, Will Ferrell, and Matt Walsh, who, along with Snoop Dogg and Vaughn, all had roles in director Todd Phillips' last film, Old School. ~ Matthew Tobey, Rovi

As with so many many movies, this one is average on the entertainment scale. There are a few parts, however, that are memorable and will elicit some out-loud laughs. If you like quoting movies, you'll find yourself saying "Do it... Do it..." after you watch it :)

Decent remake of the original TV series. The cameo appearance of the original actors was a nice touch. Worth watching once anyway.

I did not enjoy this movie. Its badly writen badly acted and poor story line. And sorry to all you Snoop Dogg fans but he made this movie almost unwatchable. Im sure there are millions of you out there that will love this movie but im just not one of them.

It was a little too goofy for me. Although I did like Snoop as Huggy Bear.

I really loved this movie I didn't even know about the TV show, but if it was as funny as this movie I'll rent a few of the episodes. Ben Stiller is so hilarious in this movie. I love the dance-off part! So funny.

Even if you like Ben Stiller, and we do, it's not worth watching this movie - or even attempting it. It was so bad we couldn't finish it - we hung in for about a 1/2 hour and called it quits. Don't bother.

This movie is okay. Has some funny parts, but overall kinda boring. I think Snoop stole the show, Stiller & Vaughn have their moments... if you're bored and have a few bucks to spare, then I recommend watching this movie.
