Special Forces demolition expert Quinn Taylor (Michael Baldoz) returns home to the Arizona desert after a botched assignment in a tunnel during the Gulf War that led to the death of his partner. While his father and brother are happy to see him -- not to mention his old girlfriend (Monique Scott) -- Quinn is dismayed to learn his father has considering selling their rocky mountain to a ruthless drug lord (Richard Lynch), who wants to use their system of old gold mines to hoard his contraband. But Quinn and his brother think there's gold in the hill after all, so they refuse to sell -- which brings out an army of beefy baddies who try to strong-arm them into selling.
