In this reunion of Swingers co-stars Jon Favreau (making his feature directorial debut) and Vince Vaughn, the two star in a new Mob comedy set in the underbelly of New York City. Favreau plays Bobby, an aspiring boxer who has a lackluster record but refuses to give up his lifelong dream. Ricky (Vaughn) is a loose cannon hanger-on who dreams of breaking into the mob. When Bobby begins to get close to old-time Mob boss Max (Peter Falk), Ricky believes it is a way into organized crime. Max is more interested in Bobby carrying out orders, but he allows the two to perform a job In New York under the supervision of a smooth crime lord (music mogul Sean Combs). Ricky then is powered by the idea that he and Bobby are bigwigs in their new community of acquaintances and begins to assume the role of a high roller -- at the expense of his friend. Made, also written by Favreau, also features Sopranos regular Vincent Pastore, Famke Janssen, and Faizon Love in supporting roles. ~ Jason Clark, Rovi

Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau are a dynamic team as seen with Swingers and now with Made. Here the two trade places and Vaughn plays the neuratic annoying best friend while Favreau is the calm level heady buddy. This is a great party movie full of classic one-liners and a great soundtrack. "What's the whip for? You got a horse outside?" There are great supporting roles played by P-Diddy, of all people, which was surprisingly good, Faizon Love, hilarious, and the always great Vincent Pastore. However, the best supporting role was by Columbo, Peter Faulk. Who knew he was a great mobster? Anyway, this movie is highly reccomended if you liked Swingers or are a Vince Vaughn fan, it is also reccomended to people who appreciate the subtleties of a well-directed and produced indie style film done on location with a small budget in a short amount of time.

Okay, it's not Swingers, but I liked it. Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau are great together. Vince Vaughn can make the most unsavory character likeable. Worth watching.

One of the worst movies I have ever seen.

I was hoping Vaughn's character would get knocked off quickly. Not many characters are as annoying as Ricky.

If the "f" bombs were deleted there would only be about 15 minutes of dialogue. Otherwise, this might have been a so-so film.

I like Vince Vaughn movies and this had to be the funniest.

It's no wonder why this movie went straight to video! It stunk so bad I used up all my air freshener just to get the smell out! Basically this movie took the "F" word and built a movie around it. The plot was so horrible I couldn't even tell you what it was about. I wanted to throw it out the window everytime music was played! I finished it just to get it over with and dropped it in the nearest mailbox without hesitation. Unless you're in the mood for a crappy movie with only a few decent actors in it, do not watch this one. Don't say I didn't warn you!
