Dexter's Laboratory: Ego Trip (2000)
A boy genius travels through space and time in a bid to save the world, using his own older self as an ally in this animated feature based on the Cartoon Network series Dexter's Laboratory. Dexter (voice of Christine Cavanaugh) discovers his latest invention, the Neuroatomic Proto-Core, has been stolen by his nemesis Mandark (voice of Eddie Deezen), and Mandark is using the gizmo to reduce the IQ of the population of the world, allowing him to rule a planet of dunderheads. Dexter soon leaps into action and goes on a journey through time to get his invention back. However, things go haywire, and before he's done Dexter has run into himself at three different times in his life, encountering himself as a corporate lackey, a wizened old man, and as a hero who saves the universe. The home video release of Dexter's Laboratory: Ego Trip also features several bonus cartoons from Cartoon Network's archives as a bonus.
