One of few movie that has so much comedic talent showcased. Richard Pryor and Eddie Murphy have a great Mentor/protege relationship not to mention the hilarious Della Reese and Red Fox, who provide the best support in the movie. I laughed from start to finish even at scenes that i already knew the words to. CLASSIC!

This movie is one of the few that I find Eddie Murphy to be funy in. A star studded cast does a great job of telling a story about the owner of a speakeasy and his one chance to get away. The movie is filled with funny scenes and literally made me laugh out loud. It's not a blaxploitation hit, its a Hit by any standards!!
