A satirical, lo-fi tribute to sci-fi film series that captivated generations of movie lovers, Hardware Wars takes Star Wars fans on a farcical space adventure that will keep them in stitches. Desperate droids 4Q2 and Art Deco are fleeing the empire when their escape pod lands on a desert planet inhabited by Fluke Starbucker. When Art Deco displays a video recorded by Princess Ann Droid imploring Augie Ben Doggie to save her from the villainous Darph Nader, Starbucker seeks the help of the powerful Red Eye Knight and recruits Ham Salad and Chewchilla to help them take down the empire and save the princess. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

I would like to see the combo movie that teams it up with Closet Cases of the Nerd Kind. Go Chewchilla

Don't waste your time on this lame 13-minute movie.

I was mystified watching this very short movie and wondering why it was a cult film. It was funny but inane funny and I searched the whole disc for more movie and less add ons. I personally didn't think very highly of it and would suggest almost any other movie to rent.

Could not view the movie, previews only on disc. Movie would not play. Very disappointed., I reordered the movie two times. Two disc would work. Wish I could have viewed the movie Can you look in on the problem with the disc.

For the time, perhaps this was a quality spoof. But I had a hard time trying to find places in which to laugh.

A mildly funny Star Wars spoof. Better than "Dark Star", but still kind of lame.

Too "low budget" for me. Don't waste your time.

Yeah, this is pure b-movie camp... and I love it! I used this for a parody discussion group I had one time. Hey, there's nothing like a giant iron flying through space. Nuff said.

This is positively taking its deserved place as the WORST MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN. My girlfriend couldn't watch it all, it was so bad. I had to force myself to sit through it. I wish i hadn't. I don't recommend this movie unless you're planning on getting stoned before watching it.. it's the ONLY way you'll be able to stomach it.
