Skilled cinematographer David Fortney employs a new filming technique designed specifically to showcase all of nature's glory in a release that translates the infinite patterns of color found in the natural world to the small screen. The images shown are wonderful, but there is no narration and it gets a bit boring after a few minutes (I fast forwarded most of it). Worst of all, there are no extras. It would have been nice to see how the photographer did the process, an interview with him, anything! The jazz music that accompanies the film is good.
