This movie, while artistically well done, is somewhat hard to follow. The pans and scenery make it difficult to follow the flow of the poses. This video is good because it is designed for the intermediate-level yogi, which is rare. Don't try this DVD without having done several beginning DVDs or better yet, taking a beginning yoga class. There is no instruction on form or correct alignment for each pose. You will find yourself quite lost if you have not done most of the poses previously.
