Abel Ferrara, who went onto acclaim for "Bad Lieutenant" and "The Funeral", makes an effective vigilante action thriller with Ken Wahl and Nancy Allen. This indie was originally intended for theatrical release but ended up going straight to a premium cable channel for broadcast in 1987.
