I don't do marshal arts, but the movie was entertaining and I learned a lot about the history of Kung Fu in China. I've run into some people who did Kung Fu that told me about they loved the movie. Also, there are some amazing feats shown! I would say this is a must see if you have any interest in the martial arts.
