A commendably gruesome title sequence gets this slasher sequel off on the right foot, and Bobby Ray Shafer returns as Satanist killer-cop Joe Vickers, this time chasing strippers and businessmen through an office building during an after-work bachelor party. Director Adam Rifkin (under the pseudonym "Rif Coogan") keeps the tension level high and sets up some nicely-staged sequences, making up for the less-than-stellar acting. Gorehounds and slasher fans should be more pleased with this one than the tedious original. Julie Strain and Barbara Lee Alexander co-star. ~ Robert Firsching, Rovi

Can Blockbuster do anything right? This happens all the time. While listing this as a run time of 85 minutes , this is actually the heavily cut 80 minute version, all the kills NEVER happen on screen. Way to go Blockbuster, way to go.

When I rent a movie called "Psycho Cop Whatever" I'm not expecting any academy award performances. I barely expect a coherent plot and semi-competent acting. I do expect blood and gore, some gratuitous nudity, and lots of action. When it comes to the gratuitous nudity I don't quite expect the level of hotties they have here. In true grade B horror tradition they managed to work five girls in to the plot (three strippers) and they're all hot. And 4 of them get naked. Pretty decent and not what I expected. I also expect some good and creative killing scenes. There may have been some in this flick, but it's obvious that for some crazy, moronic reason the murders were edited! That's right...the very reason you watch a slasher flick and some idiot at Blockbuster decided to edit the actual killings. Quite unexpected...nudity in, graphic killing out. For the genre I'd would have given this 3 stars, but the editing drops it to 2. Nice job.

Yeah, it's got bad acting, bad script, lame story line. It's Psyco Cop, what'd you expect. Actually pretty entertaining and funny. A good movie to share with some friends and suds.

If you are okay with a horrible plot with kindergarden type acting skills and just accept this movie for what it is blood and gore. That's all. then you will like it fine
