    I wouldn't say the movie was completely bad but the low budget was quite apparent. It is far from the classic "The Net".

    Horrible movie. We don't really know what is going on and what this man comes as a ghost from 9-11. Just no sense at all. Painful to watch. I've seen low budget films better produced and acted.
