I was a bit let down over such an extraordinary cast of actors. I felt that Colin Firth labored on his southern accent and Orlando Bloom didn't have his heart fully in his part. Ellen Burstyn can play any role with heart and if I was to give it any merit it would be her role. But overall I would not give it a high rating.

With a strong cast and interesting synopsis, I really wanted to like this movie. Unfortunately,it was a big let down. It not only ends with the standard hollywood, eco-conscience sell out..."I can't do this any more"..."there will always be accidents", but in the end, all of the characters amazingly get what they want...how fake is that? If not for the cast, I would have given it one star. Don't waste your time, rent something else.

If you are looking for an entertaining movie, I suggest you skip this one. It's a good movie, but I found it rather depressing. It does give you food for thought, though.
