I also disagree with Sha...This is not some "africana culture" movie. It has nothing to do with "one particular" race. It's about knowing who you are, becoming a better person and not letting anyone or anything stand in your way of doing so. It's about acceptance.... It's about looking beyond the color of a person skin and getting to know the "inner man". I didnt think I would like this movie because I thought it was "a man's man" movie, but I did. . . I am not a big Charlie Sheen fan but his character was likeable. Martin Sheen's character was a racist and for a while I hated his character but toward the end I started to feel sorry for him. This movie made me laugh and cry. I will rank this a must see.

Not Martin Sheen's best performance. Overacting ran rampant in this film and it tended to be a little slow.

Disagree with reviewer "sha" - not a "black culture" film at all - little or nothing to do with race - just a good story with humor and heart. See it - You won't regret it!
