Released from prison after serving a 30-year sentence for murder, notorious triad gangster Fai (Nick Cheung) quickly discovers just how much Mongkok has changed over the past three decades. Upon learning that his old friend Porky (Willi Wai) didn't advance to become the leader of the gang as expected, Fai finds himself harassed by the very gangsters he used to call his brothers.
