Have always been fascinated by ancient history and this very well produced, informative project from NOVA doesn't disappoint. Very interesting and educational. Enjoyed it immensely.

Egyptian history is fascinating, but this documentary was on the boring side. Too much time was spent trying to duplicate the builder's techniques, and I'm not sure they're seeing it correctly. I've read information from others who place the building of the Great Sphinx at up to 10,000 yrs ago. I feel the techniques used on the Sphinx & Pyramids were far more sophisticated than most can imagine now. So, to me, this film seems unrealistic & a bit barbaric. Yet, the archaelogical efforts are admirable.
