Synopsis of Dark Rage
A troubled couple moves into an unassuming apartment complex, completely unaware that their presence there has caught the attention of a vicious serial killer -- their outwardly amiable landlord. Though you wouldn't guess it by looking at him, fiftysomething father and company man Ned Harris (Christopher Dunne) is a ticking time bomb of murderous rage. When Jason and Kate move into Ned's apartment complex seeking to straighten out their lives and mend their fractured relationship, the nosy landlord discovers he isn't the only one who's been keeping tabs on the newest tenants; volatile voyeur Paul James is watching their every move, too.
