Dr. Blake (David Gale) is a psychologist who hosts a popular television program broadcast from the Psychological Research Institute. Viewers don't realize that the demented doctor is in league with a giant brain from outer space, and together they plan to take over the city with mind control. Jim (Tom Breznahan) is the teen troublemaker sent to the institute for therapy.
