I highly recommend this near-perfect, gem of a movie. While a sad topic--and some of it may be hard to watch--it is luckily infused with humor, which does not distract but rather, in a poignant way, enhances. I totally believed in the characters.

Pretty good movie. Gordon-Levitt was very good and Rogen played a typical role but i guess you could say he was still good. Still funny as he usually is. He was actually a very good comic relief

Joseph Gordon-Levitt once again does a fantastic job is a difficult role. He truly shows the emotions he faces after a cancer diagnosis. Seth Rogen's character is the same as the characters he plays in all of this movies, so he doesn't show any acting stretches here; but he is funny as always. This might actually be a better movie to watch with a male friend rather than a girlfriend or boyfriend.
