I have to agree with the other posters here. This movie made no sense. Because all the actors were white and bald headed it was even hard to distiguish who was who. The plot made no sense and about half way through I started checking my watch wondering how much longer this movie had left. Even now, I am not sure if it was a: Really bad horror movie. Really bad scifi movie. A rip off of 2001 or None of the above (which means I really didn't get this movie) Do yourselves a favor. Avoid this one.

Loved Delicatessen and City of Lost Children but this movie just didn't do it for me. I thought the premise was good but from my understanding Cara had his budget cut in half before he could finish. I thought at one point, the nanotechnology had begun curing folks of psych problems, then I thought it was Saint Georges but he was able to cure a planet? WTH? Would likely be an interesting film on mind altering materials.

First, Dante 01 is in French with English subtitles. This movie is a spectacular collection of no plot, no action and no ending. Do not subject yourself to it. This is definitely one of the worst movies I have ever seen.
