1/2 STAR FOR THE EFFORT. OTHER THAN THAT, THIS MOVIE IS JUST AWEFUL/AND PAINFUL TO WATCH. THE 1ST FEW MINUTES WERE OK WHERE THEY INTRODUCED THE MAIN CHARACTERS W/ FLASHBACKS, BUT THEN THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE MOVIE AND DURING THE FIGHT SCENES, THEY KEPT ON SHOWING THE SAME IMAGES OVER AND OVER AGAIN (THE FLASHBACKS). THE EDITING AND DIRECTING REALLY NEED MUCH IMPROVEMENTS. SAMMO HUNG HAD ONLY A FEW SCENES IN IT, TOWARD THE MIDDLE AND END OF THE MOVIE, AND IT LOOKED LIKE HE WAS IN MOST OF THE CORNY SCENES TO KILL TIME. THIS MOVIE WAS ONLY DESCENT FOR THE 1ST 5 MIN, AND THEN THE REST OF IT JUST WENT FROM BORING TO EXTREMELY BORING AND CORNY/CHEESY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME W/ THIS ONE.

First off I don't know why they call it Dragon Heat. The cover makes you think its something other than what it is, don't expect much hand to hand fight as the cover makes it look like. It was one of those movies that just takes all reality away when it comes to police almost like how the movie Ultraviolet does though they are not alike but with the same lack of realism don't bother did not expect much in story or acting but come on.....action movie directors should watch the discovery channel and the likes of it more often on police and army tactics.

Samo Hung and Michael Biehn should have known better that to sign up for this horrable and badly written movie. A total waste of time.
