This video is heavy on the computer effects. While some of the scenes are nature shots and some are computer generated, almost all of the scenes have heavy post processing work. On top of that there are a number of small effects that I can best compare to the visualizations used by Windows Media Center: a lot of little flashy sparks or feathers that pop in time with the music. As a background for meditation it might be okay, but if you are looking for "Nature" I would recommend "Planet Earth" over this video.

Horrible, this looks like a bunch of freshman animation majors went to a state park took a bunch of photo's and then a few added very very basic template animations over beers. Hands down worst movie of this type I've ever seen, maybe useful if your trying to goto sleep or as a coaster.
