This was one of the worst Gay movies ever! Mean hearted. stupid, stereo types in the worst way. As a Proud, married Gay man (16 years happily) I was totally insulted. The writing was AWFUL, the directing sketchy and for the life of me I can not figure out why this film was made. It was not funny, informative or entertaining. Just stupid and mean! I have never been so angry after trying to sit through a movie before and will be sure to avoid this director in the future. I would strongly reconsider keeping this piece of trash on your shelves. Bad Acting, a terribly written, self-loathing, and illogical script, an unattractive cast playing the unimaginative stereotypes, and loud, lousy music blocking the poor dialogue made this the leading competitor for the worst movie ever made.

I think that some gay people are uncomfortable with this film because they see themselves in it without any suger coating, it's too honest. I do not think that this really directed at the main gay market as much as it's fringe members, which I a father of 2 and a bi sexual belong to. I did find it to be a bit "dark" in mood . The boy playing the hetero is super cute and I wish they would have shown more . The plight of a group of gays who are not happy in the general main stream of the bars and pride day type events and feel isolated is very well portrayed. All and all an incredibly out of the ordinary fringe/gay film with very funny moments and a touching poignant point. Not for everybody but definitely for me.
