I found this to be one of the better indy films that I have seen in my life. While obviously done a low budget I found the acting to be sound and the script strong. The acting by two unknowns, Lawrence Gilliard and Mark Malone was impressive and kept me interested throughout the film.

Let's get the facts straight, this is an independant film by Matty Rich. The acting is real because it is a real life story. Filmed in my old neighborhood Red Hook Brooklyn or as we use to call it "dead hook' a story of a young boy who wants a quick way out of the projects and help his family. I highly recommend this to all.

This movie for its time accurately potrayed the life of some inner city youths. Wow, I was blown away at the acting, they all did such a great job. A good watch if you like movies about the hood, and the things people do in times of desperation.
