It takes a really sorry movie for me not to enjoy it, but this movie was pretty awful- the acting was terrible (except for perhaps a couple of actresses); there were a ton of plot holes and inconsistencies; the dialog sounded like most all of it was dubbed; the special effects were a JOKE. Like someone else said, I would have expected this movie to be made in the late '80s or early '90s at best, not in 2006! The President narrative at the end was so cliché. One specific as an example: When it was supposed to be raining outside, you could see someone spraying the window with water to make it look like it was raining!

I am somewhat addicted to disaster B movies, but this one was awful. Not only was the acting bad, but also the plot (which was incredibly predicatable) and the "special effects" (I don't think there were any.) I actually did not even finish the film; it just became beyond boring. Take it from someone who can ignore a lot of non-stellar performances, plot etc. for these types of movies - skip this one!

    Acting really bad...dialog are bad...effects are bad...for a 2006, thought it was a movie from 1991.
