This film posed and interesting and somewhat revealing story about the FBI..one never knows the intricate details of these clandestine events in foreign countries that one country does for its own interests regardless of the immediate consequences..this film certianly depicts this kind of incident..the very young Kevin Spacey and Andy Garcia(one of my favorites) do a creditable job as well Amy Irving in the lead..3 stars!!!
