Death Game (1977)

Death Game (1977)
Member Rating:
Allegedly based on a real incident, this crime drama begins in San Francisco with a middle-aged man answering the doorbell. He is alone, as his wife and kids are away for the weekend. There he finds two attractive young women who ask to use his phone. Once they get into the house, they do in fact use the phone, but they also make a running commentary on his house and its furnishings, an action which seems a tad inappropriate. The two slightly odd women seduce him and stay the night. In the morning, their behavior again seems rather bizarre, and his angry attempt to get them to leave the house after they lasciviously smear ketchup and syrup has unfortunate consequences. ~ Clarke Fountain, Rovi

This movie truly freaks you out. It's filming is old as is obvious and as the plot unfolds...I just couldn't watch it all the way through-very sickening, especially to know it's based on true events. I fast-forwarded through alot. The end left you with lots of questions as it doesn't explain what happened afterwards. I grew up on horror movies but this movie was too "out there" for me; reminds me of female serial killers.

This is the very first movie I ever saw on cable TV. It is suspenseful, creepy, and has an ending that is deserved.

This is without a doubt, the worse movie ever produced in this world. After watching the first 10 minutes, I began fast-forwarding to see if it might get better...it didn't..ONLY WORSE. I give you fair warning....DO NOT RENT, BEG, BORROW OR STEAL THIS MOVIE. IT IS PURE TRASH. Movies like this should be banned from being released.
