This movie was horrible. I can not believe there was acctually a state property 1 and they thought hey let's make another. I hope the people that financially backed this product lost all there money and will never do this again.

Same as the first movie except it had a lot of cameos from different stars, which made the movie more better. Of course its about gangbangers, guns, and a whole lot of missing shots.

Although the first State Property was based on Philadelphia's Junior Black Mafia this sequel is completely fiction. Although the main character returns this is just another film that was made purely for profit. I wouldn't call it a disappointment but I'd just rent this and not buy it.
